Post your experiences of how the school handled your bullying allegation.
Try to include some of these aspects:
Who did you report it to? Class teacher / assistant head / headteacher etc.
Did you report it formally eg via email?
Did you label your concern as a bullying allegation?
How long did the school take to investigate?
Who conducted the investigation?
Did they have any anti-bullying training?
How did they investigate? Interviews / observations / spotting changes of behaviour etc.
Did the school respond in writing? Were you satisfied with the outcome?
Did the school follow their anti-bullying policy?
Did you think the behaviour your child experienced fit the bullying criteria listed in the schools policy?
Did the school label the alleged bullying behaviour as 'unkind' behaviour or friendship issues?
Did the school place blame on the victim?
